Online Academy

This is the official website (portal) of the Federation of Migros Cooperatives (FMC), Online Academy, Club School / Leisure Activities Coordination (CSLA Coordination). The public area of the website that does not require registration is for information purposes for our customers. The following terms of use only apply only for this area. The Online Academy may involve third parties in the operation of the website. The following also applies analogously for information that customers receive in other forms. This information and the rules regarding the use of the website refer solely to the website www.online-academy.klubschule.ch. Special provisions on other websites of Migros Group legal entities remain expressly reserved. The information and rules regarding the use of the website may be modified at any time. Such changes are binding.

The FMC is the owner and operator of this portal. All brands, names, titles, logos, images, designs, texts and other materials used on it are the property of a Migros Group legal entity or a contractual partner of the same. No rights (usage rights, intellectual property rights, etc.) are acquired by accessing, downloading or copying pages on this website. The (complete or partial) reproduction, transmission (electronic or by other means), modification, linking or use of the portal for public or commercial purposes is prohibited without prior written consent.

The FMC excludes all liability (including as a result of negligence) that may arise as a result of access to or the inability to access the portal or individual elements of the portal and from the use of the same. Access to and use of the portal are not guaranteed. The portal contains links to third-party websites. These sites are not operated or monitored by the FMC. The FMC accepts no responsibility for the content on such sites or compliance by the operators of the linked sites with statutory data protection provisions.

The internet is an open network available to everyone and is thus generally not considered to be a secure environment. Although individual data packets are generally transmitted in encrypted format, this does not apply for the sender and recipient. Furthermore, it is possible for data to be transmitted abroad and thus to a country with a lower level of data protection than Switzerland, even if both the sender and the recipient are in Switzerland. The FMC excludes all liability for the security of data during its transmission via the internet.

When you access the portal certain access data (e.g., IP address, date and time of access, name of the accessed file, etc.) is saved. There is no personal analysis of the data. Data is analyzed anonymously for statistical purposes, for example to determine how many times the portal is accessed on a daily basis. This data is handled with extreme confidentiality and is not forwarded outside of the Migros Group or made available to third parties, unless applicable law and the relevant law enforcement authorities so require.

This website uses third-party services (hereafter referred to jointly as the “services”), in particular Google Analytics, a web analysis service of Google Inc., and the Facebook “like” button social plug-in (hereafter referred to as the “providers”). Such services collect information and may, in particular, use “cookies”, i.e., files (e.g., HTML or flash cookies) that are stored on your computer and that make it possible to analyze your use of the website. The information collected about your use of this website (including your IP address) may be transmitted to our server or the servers of third parties in Switzerland or abroad, stored and processed there, and may, among other things, be linked to you personally. The Migros community and the providers may use this information to analyze your use of the website, to prepare reports about website activities for the Migros community and to provide other services related to the use of the website and the use of the internet. This information may, if necessary, also be transmitted to other third parties in Switzerland or abroad. There may not be sufficient statutory data protections abroad.
